1. This Heel Seat Lasting Machine is fully hydraulic. Different sweep blades and squeezers are selected to finish the lasting.
2. It is suitable for lasting the shoes with general and soft mid-soles and with the heels at the height less than 180mm
3. It is equipped with the device of lasting height micro switch, which makes the machine easily adjusted and positioned accurately
4. We have full sizes of sweep blades and squeezers to fit any shape of shoes. The squeezers are wrapped by chain and can accordingly produce a good forming effect
5. It adopts gears, gears racks and ratchets to quickly and precisely adjust the auxiliary supporter.
6. The second time and pressing of the last supporter works with the sweep blades heating device to increase the lasting effect. It smoothes the lasting areas and upgrades the quality of the shoes.
7. Special design of rising oil-way of shoe tree holder controls completely the shoes tree in the set position course of upper-binding.
