Details: We supply the air filter to all over the world.

(1) PP (polypropylene)fiber filter material,
The filter efficiency from 85% to 99.999%. It can be used for filter bag, mask, respirator, medium and high efficiency filter. Acid and alkali resistant, melting point: 167-174 centigrade.

(2) Synthetic fiber filter material,
Filter efficiency from 15% to 90% for 1 micron, 35% to 90% for 2 micron, 45% to 95% for 5 micron, can be used for plate filter, plate/spiral-wound filters, sprial-wound filter. Oil filtration, dust collector bag.
Well flame retardant, fire protection grade: U12.
Thickness: 3--20mm, max width: 2000mm

(3) Composite filter material (double layer),
Compounded by polypropylene, polyester and spunbonded fabric.
Filter efficiency from 35% to 95% for 0.5 micron, 60% to 98% for 1 micron, 85% to 99% for 2 micron, can be used in bag and plate filters, etc.
Max width: 720mm.

(4) Composite filter material (single layer),
Compounded of polypropylene super-fine fiber nonwovens and polyester nonwovens by ultrasonic press-point.
The filter efficiency from 35% to 90% for 0.5 micron, 60% to 98% for 1 micron, 85% to 99% for 2 micron.
