Features:
1) 10 ~ +50oC environmental temperature and humidity not more than 85%
2) Receives voltage sampling signals from the voltage divider
3) Receives the current signals from the current divider, then gets the current and voltage signals from the multiplier
4) Through frequency conversion, produces a counting pulse in which the frequency ratio is in direct correlation with the voltage current
5) Then the counter is driven by frequency dividing stepping motor to power the meter
