CTP plate description:
1. Positive thermal CTP plate for medium-long run.
2. Peak sensitivity at 830nm infrared diode laser.
3. No preheat needed.
4. Similar to kodak's thermal CTP plate, electra excel.

1. Plate gauges:
(1) Standard: 0.15, 0.25, 0.30 (mm).
(2) On-request: 0.20, 0.40 (mm).
2. Product characteristic:
(1) Coating color: Intense blue.
(2) Day light tolerance: Up to 2 hours.
(3) Spectral sensitivity: 800-850 nm.
(4) Imaging energy: 175mj/cm2 (minimum).
(5) DOT reproduction: 1%-99% at 250 lpi.
3. Storage condition:
(1) Temperature: 23-27 degree.
(2) Relative humidity: Under 65%.
(3) Inventory consumption strategy: First in, first out.

4. Processor settings:
(1) Temperature of developer: 24 ± 1 degree.
(2) Processing dwell time: 35 ± 5 sec.
(3) Day-time replenishment: 120 ml / 60 min.

(5) Dynamic replenishment: 120-150 ml / m2.
(6) Processor off replenishment: 500 ml / 1 hr off (If a processor is off for 8 hrs, 8x500=4000ml developer requires replacing before refilled. )
