Huajian flotation machine is widely used in the roughing, concentration, and reverse flotation of those non-ferrous metal like cuprum, plumbum, zinc, nickel, molybdenum, ferrous metal and nonmetal mine. The impeller is driven by V-belts, which can bring the centrifugal effect to form negative pressure. While extracting sufficient air to mix with ore pulp, the machine stirs ore pulp and mixes it with chemicals to form mineralized froth. By adjusting the height of the flash board to control the liquid level, the useful froth can be scraped from the loam board. The height of the strobe must be adjusted carefully to keep the stabilization of liquid level and scrape the mineralized froth to the launder. The impellers and stators should be kept at a distance and should be changed when worn. The bearing in the pump should be maintained every three months.

This machine is used for separating ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It can also be used for separating non-metals like coal fluorite and speckstone. The impeller is rotated by vee belt of electric motor and produces centrifugal function resulting in negative pressure. One hand, it sucks into enough air to mix with pulp and fine the foam in order that the mineral can stick on the foam. Then it turns into mineral foam after floating on the pulp. Adjust the height of stopper to control fluid level in order that the available foam can be scrapped out by scrappers.

Floatation machine is applicable for separating non-ferrous metal, black metal, noble metal, non-metal mineral, raw body and materials of chemical industry, which are subject to coarse separation, swept separation, fine separation and floatation, so the useful ore are reclaimed.

Working Theory of Floatation Machine:
When the floatation machine works, the motor drives the impeller to revolve, so the centrifugal effect and negative pressure are produced. On one hand, ample air is absorbed and mixed with mineral slurry, on the other hand, the mixed mineral slurry is mingled with additive, meanwhile, the foams are thinning, the mineral is bounded with foams, and floats up to the surface of mineral slurry and the mineralized foam is formed. The liquid surface can be adjusted with the height of adjustment flashboard, so that the useful foams are scraped with squeegee.
