We imported the advanced technique and developed the High Voltage SF6Loadbreak-switch by ourselves. The type is FL(R)N36-12D. All our switchgears are assembled, fit gass, checked gas leskage at our clear factory. Only after strictly testing at our factory, switch can be delivered our customers. Loadbreak-switch has two-break, three-position and rotary moving contact. It applies SF6 as arc extinguishing medium. The moving contact is installed in the epoxy resin shells. After filling 0.045MPa SF6 the switch will be sealed forever and check whether leakage by He checking instrument. The loadbreak-switch can be installed vertically or horizontally. The special installing type in Switchgear is vertical installation by installing a steel plate between Cable Chamber and Busbar Chamber.
If the flame arc occurred, the structure weak point at the back of shell will be opened by the strength. Then the leakage arc valve at the upper will be opened and the overpressure gas will float outside of the switch.
