Equipments of spray booth recycle system:
Serialized standard design is adopted, enabling the booth being assembled into spray booths of different size and specification according to user's demands.

Efficient cyclone spray booth recycles system:
1. The system adopts foreign advanced technology and meets the needs of domestic market.
2. Increase the rate of recycling powder ----Multi-level cyclone separator plus double grades recycling, to recycle more powder and eliminate powder leakage.
3. Fast color change----All the parts bearing powder are of rational design, easy to clean and able to open for clean.

4. Rational powder recycle circuit----short recycle route, non-pipe connection, so to maintain the powder quality better and consequently enhances the powder recycle rate and lowers the running cost of the equipment.
5. Composite design----screening, matching with cyclone separator and deliver into closed circuit. The design is compact, of simple operation and convenience repair.
6. No blast pressure and volume loss----keep the inside of the booth at a rational wind speed and negative pressure status by the cyclone separator. No powder leakage.
