1. Application

The starter is with the application of 50/60Hz AC voltage to 660V, current to 95A, The following circuit as the control of three-phase squirrel cage, to Start, stop and reverse starting the moter. Which is with the small volume, installation convenience features. It has lost pressure and overload protection performance.

The starter is applied to the environment under normal use (with out explosion-proof, anti-corrosion). The products have many kind of with buttons, button-sealed Circle and without button, etc. It is apply to hot and humid area. 2. Performance Requirments

1. The starter can be long time and withour thermal relay working. The frequency can be 600times/hour in short time and repeatly working.

2. Attraction coil can reliably work when 85%~105% rated voltage, Its released voltage approximately is 40-55% rated voltage.

3. The starter contact in the operating frequency is 600/hours, the circular telegram continues to lead forthe merit 40%. Puts through the rated voltage, 6 time of nominal currents, separate 0.16 times of multiple frequency voltage, the nominal current put through, when separation the factor is 0.35, Its electrical life is not lower than 640, 000 times.

4. The starter's mechanical life is 3 million times.

5. The starter's auxiliary contact, its nominal current is 5A.

6. The thermal relay has the temperature compensation organization, May balance the temperature which is caused by the changes of voltage surrounding temperature.
