Instant Heat Pack
To Activate:
Locate metal disc and bend with fingers until it clicks After a few seconds, knead gel for optimum performance

To recharge:
Put the cooled pack in boiling water. Boil for approx. 5 minutes or until crystals are liquefied and clear. Allow to cool before re-activating. Keep away from the heated surface of pan. Do not put the hand warmer in a microwave oven.
