Gypsum board production line is the equipment which produces new building materials----paper gypsum board production line. Its production process is: Ripe gypsum, water and all kinds of ingredients that automatically precision measurement, by the continuous, automatic transmission system into the mixer, stir mixture into a homogeneous slurry spread to the continuous movement forward in the gypsum board surface of the paper, in advance process, after shock, the slurry was complete encapsulation of paper from top to bottom, and squeezed into the very rules slab, the slab continuous production line in the strict control of the speed and stability to continue to move forward gradually formed a certain intensity, and shape the rules of wet gypsum board, the cut precision control system set by the size of the precise cut into veneer. Veneer ordered by the control system topology, turning it over into the dryer. The drying temperature is strictly controlled, the board absorbed water lost to evaporation.
