Product Description

P84 material is a flame retardant, temperature stable fiber media. Operated under 240 degree, there is nearly almost not changes to the mechanical properties of P84 media, maximum operation temperature can up to 260 degree. P84 felt has no melting temperature, with a colour of nature golden, no hygroscopicity (In 65% relative humidity conditions, only 3% of the water volume).

In addition, because P84 is the special-shaped fiber (leaf type) section structure, it has a great filtering area and excellent filtration performance, P84 fibers are usually implanted to filter surface (dust filtering side) for improving the filtration performance. P84 materials are mainly used in high temperature and high precision requirements of filtering applications (but should be avoided for the strong acid and high water conditions), and has lots of application examples in drying, burning, smelting, Industrial kilns, coal-fired boilers and waste incineration furnace.
