Product Description
PPS material can be use under 190 degree continuously, instant temperature can be 232degree (without impact of other chemical components). When operated over 190 degree, PPS fiber will be in decomposition. PPS material has excellent performance in anti acid and alkali, widely used in the burning gas treatment field. In early years, PPS filter material mainly used for industrial coal-fired boilers, titanium dioxide gas processing industry.
In some applications, due to chemical corrosion, hydrolysis and other reasons, Aramid is not suitable for applying to certain applications, PPS material will be used as an alternative media. But when the oxygen in the smoke (O2 content) over 10% and the operating temperature over 165 degree, PPS will also be in decomposition.
