VD pretreatment machine is a fully automatic pretreatment machine specialized for cleaning steel sheets before powder coating. With VD pretreatment machine, it realized simplified working step and low cost, at the same time the coating adhesion will be highly increased.

Automatic pretreatment machine is suitable for steel or aluminum sheet metal. It is fast cleaning plant, the chemical wash and water rinse process is done by a series of rollers, which is more efficient and effective than dipping pretreatment. Specially, this pretreatment machine can avoid creasing to thin sheets during dipping handling.
