Our fully-automatic PET bottle blow machine can blow Max. 2 litre PET bottle (4000 pcs/hour) and max. 5 litre PET bottle (1320 pcs/hour). fully-automatic PET bottle blow machine have CE certificate.
Adopting imported servo motor the smooth rotate speed and exact orientation.
PLC color display controlling panel, memory many kinds of bottle-shape making technical data, makes operation simply.
Adopting temperature control of layered infrared heating, the preform heated evenly, makes blow molding easier.
Advance double-toggle clamping structure makes clamping force stronger, guarantee bottle high quality.
Mould adjusting controlled by electric motor with automatic lubrication system.
