Visual: Fine yellow powder Particle size: 30-40um Gravity: 1.3G/cm3
Melting point: 142-155C Hardening temp.: 230C
Heat Pressure: 313Mpa Tensile strength: 113Mpa
Application: Used as solid lubricants in diamond grinding wheels

2. PIR-002
Visual: Fine yellow powder Particle size: 15-30um Gravity: 1.3G/cm3
Melting point: 142-155C Hardening temp.: 230C
Tg: 285C Heat decomposition: 380--396C
Tensile strength: 114Mpa Heat pressure: 313Mpa
Moisture: 0.2% Solubility: Soluble in DMF, etc.
Application: Matrix resin for heat resistance abrasion, moulding and solid lubricants for grinding wheels, etc.

3. PIR-003
Visual: Fine yellow powder Particle size: 5-15um Gravity: 1.3G/cm3; Melting point: 120-155C
Heat decomposition: 430C; Hardening time: 400--500s/160C
Solubility: Soluble in DMF, etc.
Application: Matrix resin for reinforcement prepreg of fibers(carbon, glass, etc. ), mixture with epoxy for heat resistance, etc. (Before use, dissolve in DMF, etc. For a certain solid content solution)
