Details: Longxiang supplies mainly Isolated Soya Protein R, ISP-R in short, Soybean Edible Fiber, Emulsifier stabilizer products and Transglutaminase (TGase), also other food additives.

As main product of Longxiang, ISP-R is a new type of soybean protein flour which is processed by a new technology. This new technology allows the soybean protein flour to display the excellent characteristics for the food industry. The food added this protein in processing will have the similar texture and nutrition with meat. It can be widely used in processing high and low meat products and frozen products so that increase protein content and improve the product texture, accordingly, reduce the cost. At the same time, it can keep water and oil without changing the prescription. At present, Longxiang is the only company in China who produces ISP-R. Its yearly output is more than 10000 tons.

Soybean Dietary Fiber which is composed of water-soluble fiber and non-water-soluble fiber has many physiologic functions such as defending fat, curing colon cancer, hyperlipemia, heart disease and diabetes. Also, it can strengthen the texture and characteristics of paste, so it is often used as an ideal additive for advanced baked foods. Its output is 1500 tons above per year.
