This new technology allows this kind of soybean protein flour to display the excellent characteristics for the food industry. The foods added this protein in processing will have the similar texture and nutrition with meat. It can be widely used in processing high/low meat products and frozen products so that increase protein content and improve the product texture, accordingly, reduce the cost. At the same time, it can keep water and oil without changing the prescription. At present, we are the only company producing this type of soybean protein in China and our yearly output is 10000 tons.
