Cold Instruction:
Store the pack in the freezer about 1-2 hours to freeze the gel before using. It will remain flexible. It is nontoxic and can be directly used on your body.
Hot Instruction:
1. Put the gel pack directly into the microwave for about 1. 5 minutes with intermediate fire. Adjust heating time according to the power of your microwave.
2. Hot Water: Bring boiled water, and immerse the gel pack into water for around 4-10 minutes. After 4 minutes, check every 1-minute to see if the correct temperature has been reached.

Precaution:
1. Do not eating the mixture in the pack. If so, please try to vomit it.
2. If eye or skin contacted the mixture in the pack, it must be washed thoroughly by clean water.
3. If the temperature is too low or high for you, please use a cloth wraps to cover the pack.
