Usage:
Used for keep warm or hot applying
A: Use for the first time
Find the metallic slice in the inner bag, then use your hands to press it for several times, then the liquid inside the bag will become to solid, and give out heat immediately. So you can put the bag anywhere if you needed, and use it to gain the heat.

B: When applying bag is solid, using the following method (usage for the second-time)
1. Keep warm or hot applying for 45-60minutes, the bag body becomes gradually cool, if you want to use again, please put the bag covered with wrap into the boiled water heats for about 2-3minutes, until the solid inside the bag become liquid.
2. When the bag becomes cool again, you can use it according to the first-time operation method to gain heat. It is reusable and can be your ideal warmer.

Precaution:
1. Please prevent the products from sharp stabs and heavy pressure.
2. Do not press the metallic slice again when the bag became solid.
3. This product only used for external use. Do not eat it, especially for children. If eye or skin contacted the mixture in the pack, it must be washed thoroughly by clean water.
