1. Machines and Workshop:
WoTai has a full range of machines (CNC machining center, Automatic lathe machines, Drill press machines, Milling machine, Different types polish machines, Test machines and etc.)
Also departmental workshops (Processing workshop, Gravity casting workshop, Polish workshop, Welding workshop, Warehouse workshop, Assembly workshop, Packing workshop and Finished workshop)
2. Quality requirements for our products are summarized as below:
(a) The thickness of electroplate
-Nickel plate: 16um -18um (micron)
-Chrome plate: 0.25um -0.3um (micron)
(Ranges from 15.25um to 17.25um)
(b) The ceramic cartridges (head-part) that we use are from:
- Spain: Sedal
- Hungary: Kerox
- Taiwan: Mingshi
- Korea: SCC
(Upon our customer's request, we can use other brand ceramic cartridges).
The precise functioning with highest reliability up to 500, 000 load cycles for opening and closing without leakage.
(c) The minimum flow pressure to activate the diverter function in our bath/shower mixer is 0.05Mpa (0.5bar) which is comply to European and international Standard.
(d) Our faucets specification:
- Test pressure 1.6Mpa (16bar)
- Flow pressure Min. 0.05Mpa (0.5bar) Max. 1.0Mpa (10bar)
- Recommended pressure: 0.1Mpa to 0.5Mpa (1 to 5 bar)
- Temperature at hot water inlet: Max. 90 degree C
(e) Material:
We only use high quality copper standard, the copper composition is over 59%, and lead is not exceeding 1%.
(f) Delivery time: 35 days for one 20ft Container.
(g) We can give you FOB and CIF price.
