Our technicians have rich experience in ERW technology for many years and also absorbed technical advantages from Germany, the U. S., Russia and Japan. Our products are sold to Liaoning, Jiangsu and Guangdong Provinces and also exported to countries in the Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other counties, in the past few years, with the progress in ERW technology, our company has enlarged the development scale of new types of machinery, developing new generation of roll forming mills used for rectangular tubes, square tubes, H-beams and special tubes in various speciflcations on the basis of single round tube production. For example, square & round mill: Mill line for square tube of 500mm and round tube of 610mm can independently form square tubes and round tubes, thus saving power. 600mm H-beam line can produce H-beams in the form of HV alternating roll forming, VRF forming, CTA forming or FF forming. In technology, we analyzed CTA forming technology of Yoder, Thermatool and Torrance companies in the USA, VAI of Austria and MEER of Germany and FF forming technology from Sumitomo, Kawasaki Steel, IHIin Japan, then developed new distinctive forming method. With the forming roll not changed, we made important improvement on Fin-Pass and sizing cut-off machine and developed 4-head rotary cut-off machine so as to facilitate the cutting of rectangular and square tubes. Various slitting systems loopers, cut-off machinery, hydrostatic multi-tube testers and edge chamfering machinery are available for your choice.
