Product Description

SL series hot stamping medical foils feature easy release, sharp imprints and legible characteristics. They are designed for hot stamping with a metal die onto disposable syringes, pipettes, eyedropers made with polyethlene, . Polypropylene.

SL Series Foils are formulated to meet the industry's rigid quality specification. They can be stamped on variety of plastic substrates including Polyethlene, Polypropylene. After stamping, the imprints will not be affected by the various sterilization methods such as steam autoclave, ETO or radiation. Excellent high scratch and smudge resistance. Because these hot stamping foil is also non-toxic, they can be used in the toy and cosmetic container, etc.

Available specification and colors: Foil width (mm): 55, 65, 80, 100, 110, 120, 170, 230, 250, 300, 565, 600.

Foil core diameter: 1";

Foil length: 305m or according to custom requirements.

Colors: Black, red, orange, blue, purple, beige, green.
Pressure: 0.3 - 0.5MPa
Dwell: 0.1-0.3 Seconds
Temperature: 120 - 170 C.
