Fujian wuyishan national nature reserve lapsang tea industry Co., Ltd., as a pillar manufacturer of "lapsang souchong", the traditional export black tea, is a leading enterprise of agriculture industralization in nanping city, and also an export-oriented enterprise in production and trade of tea that′s specially supported by wuyishan municipal government.

Our company is located in core area of the national reserve of the wuyishan city, a place known as the crade of lapsang souchong, the ancestor of black tea, retainning the complete "biological chain", and with the reputation as "paradise of bird", "domain of snake", "world of insect", and "a key to the gene bank of species". Our tea plantation is scattered in mountain area of the nature reserve at an averaged elevation of over 1200m, where is heavy in mist and plentiful in rainfall all the year around. The nature-endowed geographical conditions make our tea plantation scattered in a wide area and tea trees growing in the wholly natural way, which is beneficial for us to keep the sustained development of the organic and ecological tea products.

Since 1997, we have passed the certification of organic tea by bcs Germany, jas Japan, nop USA; We are the first organic tea producer and trader certified by international authority in fujian province. Approved by fujian department of foreign trade & economic cooperation in feb, 2002, we have been the first private enterprise with the import and export rights in wuyishan city. We have passed the entry-exit inspection and quarantine in aug, 2003, and the certification of both ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 quality management system in aug, 2004.

Our company has the tea plantation covering more than 6000 mu, over 5000 mu of which has been certified as the organic tea plantation and over 1000 mu under transition to the organic tea plantation. Up to 2008, the output of organic lapsang souchong black tea, organic oolong tea, organic white tea and organic green tea may reach 1300 tons. At present, we have three organic tea processing workshops, covering a land area of over 6000sqm and the total building area of 15000sqm, and reaching the annual processing capacity of over 900 tons, and now we have a staff of 120.
