Product Description

This machine is suitable for induction seal the aluminum foils inside the thread closures cap on plastic or glasses bottles, the distance form the cap to the foils should be less than 10 mm. It is good for small-batch, noncontiguous operation.

UNWORKABLE for the bottle in metal, the cap without thread closures, the dia of the bottle mouth less than 30 mm or more than 130 mm, or the cap with distance more than 10 mm from the foils after screw down.

The machine is portable removable electromagnetic induction heating equipment. It is mainly used to seal containers with aluminum foil for pharmacy, chemical industry, pesticide, food, cosmetic, light industry, etc. The containers will be leak protection, damp proof, anti-counterfeit, etc. Material of container can be polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyester and glass bottle. It can't be used in metal bottle; The cover of metal bottle and electrochemical paint cover of aluminum. The machine is small, portable & simply operation.

The machine is used advanced circuitry, adopts the latest modularization power parts which the heating effect efficiency is higher than 90%. It's a power-saving one compare with the normally radio tube. The heating speed is 20-30 times quicker than the normally radio tube. Due to the high-powered of this machine, it still has good sealing effect for the polyester & glasses bottle which is hard to sealing for normal tools.
