This rinser/filler/capper monobloc is used for Glass bottles hot filling beverage production line. The machine is composed of rinsing, filling, capping, suitable for the glass bottles. It mainly applies to rinsing, filling and capping of tea, juice and sports drinks. It also can be suitable for the ambient tempreture filling of water.

1. The machine is a 3-in-1 integrated monoblock to reduce space-occupying.
2. All product contacting parts are made by high quality S. S, exterior surface is polished to have easy cleaning. Seals are imported which meet filling requirement of food sanitation.

4. Gravity filling is adopted for better CIP cleaning.
5. Special-designed neck-holding bottle conveying, filling valves will move up and down and bottles only rotate in horizontal level to guarantee stable conveying height to avoid product splash.
6. High-energy magnetic capping (torque is adjustable) to guarantee the capping effect and equipment adaptability.
7. Lubrication system and fully-open protecting devices to make convenient maintenance.
