* It can be repeatedly used. The glue is non-toxin, safe and dependable.
* When there is a need to carry out cold treatment on exercise wound, place it in refrigerator and cold for at least 1.5 hours.
* When there is a need to carry out hot treatment or daily health care on exercise wound, place it in boiling water for not more than 8 minutes. Or carry out microwave heating with microwave oven for about 2 minutes.
