APPLICATION: COLD
Approximately 15min is required to freeze gel
Ideal to use for: Reducing swelling\toothache
Temperature relief of headache\reducing fevers

APPLICATION: HOT
Microwave: Soak the gel pack in a container full of water and put into a microwave oven to heat (high temperature) for 2~3min. Or put the gel pack directly into boiling water for 5 min to fully heat it.
To use for: Remission rheumatism, menorrhalgia, cervical vertebra trouble, sciatica etc.

CAUTION:
Whether used hot or cold it is advisable to check that the temperature is not too extreme against the skin. It is recommended that the gel pack is wrapped in cloth before applying to skin.
