1L-3000L CO2 SUPERCRITICAL EXTRACTION DEVICE
The technique of supercritical fluid extraction(SCFE or SFE) is of a new type environmental and sustainable extracting technique with wide adaptability, which is popular in the modern world. With this technique, no chemical agent is needed during the process of extraction. No pollution is done to the separated substances. Thus it fully meets the GREEN requirement of mankind to food, medicine, health protection goods and cosmetics. Also, this technique boasts the feature of high extraction effect, high quality, low extraction temperature, low energy consumption and without pollution, especially suitable for the extraction of heat-sensitive and active substances. This device can be
widely used in volatile oil, alkaloid, phenol and other medical elements extractions from animals and plants.

Wenzhou Chengdong Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd combined with the technical advantages of Chemical Department of Zhejiang University's achievement and our own manufacturing experience in high-pressure equipments, the supercritical fluid extraction device was designed. It is of the first class extraction technique home and broad at present.

Main Technical Data:
1.The extraction pressure can reach as high as 40Mpa. Extraction, separating and distillation temperature (indoor) can reach 80oC. The above mentioned data can be adjusted by the user.

2.Designed with one(1-24L) or several extraction pots (24-1000L) and separating pots integration.

3.Extraction and separating pots are of compact structure, easy to use, convenient to load and unload raw materials, with a strong anti-fatigue capability and safe in use. It can be made according to the customer's need. Large equipment are fitted with safety chain device.

4.Sample can be obtained on line during operation and the extracted fluid sample can be analyzed to determine the elements content. CO2 can be used calculatedly and its flow volume can be indicated by flow meter.

5.Temperature in different section is show by digital or meter control system, which is easy to operate and control. Pressure double safety-guard device are formed with safety valves and anti-explosion pieces. Computer control system can be provided if necessary.

6.The whole equipment is made of stainless steel, attractive and durable. It is the ideal equipment for food and pharmaceutical industry. The technique of making some relevant agent will also be attached.
