Product Description
Application: This type of equipment is mainly used for the steel foundry in machinery industry to produce all kinds of steel-castings and steel ingots. The raw materials can be 100% cold scraps, part-scarps or partial hot metal charging.
Form: HX Series three-phase EAF have different power levels (normal power, high power) as well as different structural frames. When the required EAF capacity exceeds 30 tons, the High Impedance Series EAF can be selected.
Basic Component: Furnace transformer, short net, electrode lifting device, electrode arms, furnace cover, the cover lifting and rotating mechanism, furnace body, furnace tilting device, ladle, tapping car, water cooling system, compressed air system, hydraulic system, feeding system, high voltage power supply system, low voltage electric control system, basic automatic control & computer control system etc.
