Product Description
Application: Can deal with molten steel vacuum degassing, alloy composition micro-adjusting & Argon stirring. VOD ladle refining furnace can do vacuum oxygen blowing, decarburization, vacuum degassing, alloy composition micro-adjusting. And it is mainly used to refining ultra-low-carbon stainless steel & electrical pure iron.
Main form: VD/VOD ladle refining furnace adopts signal work position & double position. Elevated or pit layout are adopts by the vacuum tank, and vehicle mounted can also be used. The move method can be swiveling or vehicle mounted type.
Composing equipments: Vacuum tank, vacuum tank cover, cover lifting mechanism, ladle, oxygen lance device, vacuum feeding device, temperature sampling & observation system, oxygen system, cooling water system & vacuum pump system etc make up the furnace.
