Product Description

Application: LF used in molten steel refining of the primary melting furnace (EAF & converter), which can produce micro-positive pressure reduction condition & adopt submerged arc heating, Argon stirring, white slag refining & alloy composition micro-adjusting means under such condition. LF refining furnace can degassing, desulphurization, inclusion removal & accurate control molten steel's temperature & composing. And the continuous casting process can be buffered & regulated by the LF.

Component facilities: Furnace transformer, short net, electrode lifting setting, ladle cover and its lifting setting, heating bridge frame, ladle, wire feeding machine, argon regulating system, water cooling system, compressed air system, hydraulic system, temperature sampling device, automatic feeding system, high voltage power supply system, low voltage electric control system, automatic system, etc.

Equipments structure form: LF ladle refining furnace can adopts bridge form, independent frame, single arm, three arms, ladle turret & furnace cover swiveling form.
