1)This Shot Blasting Machine is composed of input roller table, surface cleaning, preheating room, abrator, medium roller table, medium bridge piece, lacquer sprayer, drying room, output table roller, dust catching system, lacquer-fog treatment system and electric apparatus, as well as mimic board which can display working state clearly.
2)General Technical Flow
Feeding --- input transverse transportation ----roller table transportation ---- preheating ----impeller blasting and rust removing ---- dust catching
Discharging ----output transverse transportation -----table roller transportation ----drying -----automatic lacquer spraying -----gas treatment.
