Product Description

1)This Shot Blasting Machine is designed for cleaning the surface of jar with large scale, castings and steel structure weldments.

2)Through compressing the air, the peeningware shoots bunches of pills in high speed and density to impact on the original surface of the steel material and cause the rust layer, welding slag, oxide skin and other stains fall off quickly.

3)The steel material and work pieces obtain a clean surface in certain roughness, thus improve the adhesion of lacquer film to the steel surface.

4)The pill blasting gives steel work piece metallic luster on the surface and visible part, expose the surface defect and enhances the anti fatigue and corrosion resisting performance.

5)It also can clean the burrs on the castings' surface.
