BLACK SILICON CARBIDE
Black Silicon Carbide is brittle and sharp. It has a good electric and heat conductivity. Grinding wheels made of it are suitable for the grinding of metal and nonmetallic materials of low strength. It can be used in the manufactrue of refractory products and electronic products, etc. Silicon Carbide is mainly divided into abrasive, refractory and metallurgy. Its content: SIC98%-SIC15%, Its sizes: 0-10mm, 0-20mm, 0-50mm, 1-3mm, 3-5mm, 5-8mm, 1-10mm. F Grade: F12-F240, P Grade: P12-P240, Powder: 200-10mesh, 325-0mesh, W63-w2. 5.

Green Silicon Carbide has a high purity and is brittle. It can be used in abrasive, refractory and electronic industries. Its content: SIC96%-SIC99%, Its sizes: 0-10mm, 0-20mm, 0-50mm, 1-3mm, 3-5mm, 5-8mm, 1-10mm. F Grade: F12-F240, P Grade: P12-P240, Powder: 200-10mesh, 325-0mesh, W63-w2. 5.
