It has good electrical and mechanical performances, it will be used at 105 degree or less for a long period. 2310-Oil Varnished Silk is made from the synthetic fiber dipped in the oil varnish and then be baked dry. It is Class A insulating material. It has good electrical and mechanical performances, it will be used at 105 degree or less for a long period. It can be used for the binding and insulating materials for the electric motors, appliances, etc. Nominal thickness(mm): 0.08, 0.10, 0.22, 0.15

2432-Alkyd Varnished Glass Fabric is prepared by impregnating the glass fibre cloth with oil-modified alkyed varnish and then baking the coated cloth. It is Class F insulating material. It has good good dielectric properties, mechanical strength and suitable elongation. It can be used for coil insulation and slot liner of electrical machinery and appliances with class B insulation system. Nominal Thicness(mm): 0.05, 0.06, 0.08, 0.11-0.25

2440-Polyester Varnished Glass Fabric is prepared by impregnating the glass fibre cloth with oil-modified polyester varnish and then baking the coated cloth. It is class F (155 degree). It has good dielectric properties, high mechanical strength, oil resistance, and suitable elongation. It can be used for coil insulation, slot liner insulation, binding insulation for electric motors, transformers, and appliances with class F insulation system. Nominal Thickness(mm): 0.08-0.20

2450, 2451-Silicone Varnished Glass Fabric is made of non-alkali fiberglass fabric impregnated with silicone varnish. It is Class H insulating material. This product has good heat, mould, cold, oil resisitance, and elasticity. 2450 is soft and used in coil insulation for Class H motors and electrical appliances. 2451 is hard and is used as liner insulation for Class H electric motors. Nominal Thicness(mm): 0.08-0.12, 0.13-0.20
