SJL-120 Series Plastic Extruding Granulator
SJL-120 Plastic extruding granulator is the product which is developed, designed and manufactured by our company according to the marketing demand. It is applicable to produce the regenerative granula of material such as PP, PE, HIPS and PA.
Structure characteristic:
1. Screw, machine barrel and die head adopt high quality material of 38CRMOALA which is after nitrogen treatment, it has the advantage of resisting corrosion and abrasion, etc;
2. Hydraulic double-work position rapid net changing device is adopted to increase the production efficiency;
3. Adjustable stainless steel flume;
4. The granula is uniformity because it adopts high quality steel hob with frequency stepless speed control.
