Product Description

USE
The machine is mainly suitable for the roll sheet of PVC, PS, PET, PP, biodegraded PP, expanded PSP, etc., to make all kinds of products through vacuum forming process. CHARACTER OF CONSTRUCTION
1. The machine is combined with pneumatic, mechanical and electric drive, to achieve automatic continuous process of feeding sheet, moulding, demoulding, section cutting and stacking. PLC control system makes the machine working more reliably.
2. Using servo driving system for stable and reliable sheet feeding. The width, length and speed of sheet feeding can be stepless adjusted accurately, suitable for different mould's arrangement, to improve use rate of material.
3. The functions of two-times upper moulding and vibration demoulding can greatly improve the demoulding function of the forming machine, and enhance the forming range of products.
4. The two-stage vacuum function is suitable for making products of large depth (height). Suitable for forming by concave & convex mould, and convenient for changing the mould.
5. Two-stage heating of upper and lower heaters, using hollow infrared heating plate. Divisional temperature control system makes heating process equal, quick adjusting and energy saving.
6. Equipped with wind cooling and water fog system, so as to work continuously without water cooling of the mould, suitable for production by non-metal mould.
7. Equipped with double-shaft loosening device, section cutting and stacking unit, to improve production efficiency.
8. Closing board made of stainless steel can ensure that the machine is clean in long term and up to sanitary requirements.
