Features:
(a) High resistance to wear. Nano Titanium Coating mixed by nano titanium polymer and antiwear materials, which makes surface of coating own function of auto lubrication. As result of function of cold welding from Titanium Polymer, even if coating encounter wear, materials after wear will still attach on surface of tubing so that it functions as solid lubricants. Thus, it will reduce the wear and improve the longevity of usage. Resistance to wear of the coating tubing in the oil well is three or even five times as much as ordinary ones. Longevity of line-pipe on the ground is five times than ordinary one.
(b) High corrosion- resistance. (1)General coating is destroyed when corrosive medium happens along the interface between molecule and padding, where as Nano Titanium Polymer coating can obstruct the passage with chemical bonded -phase and chemical adsorption (2) coating has high that decreases the speed of corrosion. (3) Titanium is of great anti-corrosion itself. (4). Effect of chemical bonded -phase and chemical adsorption prevent water, oxygen and other corrosive medium from action of replacement, which make it not easy to bring corrosive reaction. In the 120 Celsius oil-water, phenomena of soften up and expansion of 60d coated surface never happen, and adhesive force has no changes. |
