The unit is composed of cone double-screw-stem extrudre, vacuum-sizing table, drawing machine, cutter, laminator, turn-up frame and others.

The main machine adopts imported AC frequency converter driving. The temperature control meters adopt Japan RKC products. The ancillary machine vacuum pump and drawing motor adopt high-quality products. The maintenance is simple. After the screw stem cylinder and mouid are exchanged, it can straight extrude imitating wood foamed special material. The result is better than the single screw stem extruder.

The wood-plastic mixing extruding production line adopts special-designed screw stem, material cylinder, moulds and processing technolgy. It is equipped with YF model shaped material ancillary machine to produce PE, PP or PVC wood-plastic special-shaped products. It is a kind of new type environment protection product.
