PURPOSE
JX14A Digital Large Tool Microscope is a new type of products, which is unified with optic, machine and electron, and continues the advantages that the traditional instrument is widely used.The typical measurements of the instrument are as the followings:*Inspecting the shape or contour of the various shaped parts, such as templates, formed cutters, profile-milling cutters, punching dies and cams;*Measurement of various parameters of a tread, including the pitch diameter, the external diameter, internal diameter, the pitch, the tread angle, the position of the thread angle with respect to the thread axis and the shape of the thread (the roundness, the flatness and the straightness of the thread profile);*Measurement of lead of gear hob, tooth shape and angle of tooth shape;*Measurement of the position deviation of jig or hole plate shape and position error of key groove symmetrical deviation.It can be equipped with many accessories and can deal with various complex fine measurement works.
