Company Introduction:
Set up in 2000, Dandong Xinxing Paper Machinery Co., Ltd is located in Dandong city, the largest border city in China, which faces National highway No. 201. Its 20 kms away from Dandong airport in the east and 6 kms away from Donggang port in the south and will be much easier to access because of the running of highway road between Dandong and Shenyang and Dalian respectively.
Xinxing has invested more than 100, 000, 000 RMB after starting its business, and now its a modern paper machinery company with total area of 45, 000 sqms, including building area of 13, 000 sqms. It owns standard casting and machining workshops.
Foundry: Building area is 4360sqms. The techniques for casting joins the cupola(7T/H and 12T/H) and MF holding furnace; We also own the melting furnace of 2.5T/H, and resin-bonded sand molding production line with the Japanese on-the-spot analyzer, which will guarantee the quality. This casting shop is also equipped with two bridge cranes of 12m high and 50tons maximum, and pits of 12m deep and other auxiliary facilities.
Machining shop: The building area is 5889 sqms of enclosed style. There are more than forty machines including lathe, boring lathe, milling machine, planer, grinding machine, and drilling machine and also four bridge cranes of 32 tons loading capacity to fulfill the designed standard of customers. We can finish products with diameter up to 4000mm, face length to 12000mm, weight to 50tons, dynamic balancing to 50tonswhich will meet quality requirement of most customers all over the world.
For dryer cylinder, we offer products of nine series, that is 24 diameters ranging from 800mm to 3680mm, face length from 1450mm to 10000mm, material of HT200HT300, ductile iron QT400QT600, hardness HB180280, weight of 50 tons maximum.
For press roll, we offer products of six series, diameters ranging from 350mm to 1600mm, face length from 1450mm to 10000mm, material of HT250HT300, weight of 50 tons maximum.
