Zhangjiagang Xinyi hardware Co., Ltd was founded in 1998, which was a professional manufacturer of domed cap nuts, car wheel nuts and blind hole machenical parts. We have pass the test of ISO9001: 2000, and got the certificate.
We have got the "ward of excellence" from CMCA, and the " privately-held technology enterprise" from Department of Science and Technology of Jiangsu province; in 2003, we got the patent of prevailing torque type hexagon thin nuts with nonmetallic insert, and the patent number is ZJG02256407. And we passed the management system test of IS0/TS16949: 2009 in May 2012.
In 2007, the four national standards which was drawed by our company was authorized by NTCF(National Technical committe of fasteners, the approval document number is 20078084-T-604.
In Jan 2008, Mechanical standard parts industry science and Technology Information Network, China Association of repair and reconstruction technology based mechanical and electrical equipment parts and Mechanical industrial fastener product quality supervision and inspection center of Shenyang standard parts Research Institute, these three mechanism accept our company as a Members Council unit.
In May 2010, the car wheel nuts got the Chinese famous brand certificate from CQGC.
About the one piece car wheel nuts, we strove to make technological breakthrough of the car wheel nuts without forming a cutting, we are the first company who reach the standards of this product in national. The stainless steel domed cap nuts and wheel nuts were accepted by Japan market.
In June 2009, we were affirmed as Industry research demonstration base by CHC.
