Product Description
This machine uses sterilization to finished goods, in order to keep them in good condition and prevent bacteria propagating, such as bottling and pocketing milk, juice, and other beverage & food. It is applicable to bottled, canned food, It is composed of water tanks, pumps and pipelines, PLC and the automatic control system of touch screen. Using high pressure and high temperature of hot water for sterilization. The products are continuous moved slowly in the tank, so it make more rapid and uniform heat transfer, greatly reducing the entire sterilization time, While avoiding same part of product overheating. Temperature control system will be flexible as far as the different products, and pressure control system can automatic adjustment according to the different conditions, so it can prevent to damage the products. Scope of application: The dairy, drinks, canned, meat category.
