Product Description

Expiry width: 1400mm-1800mm
Corrugated roller: Φ280mm
Drive decelerate box adopts oiliness lubricate. Light noise, adopt gimbal transmission. Separate power.
Lift-lower of upper corrugating roller, pressure roller and glue roller are completed by pneumatic control.
Cardboard transmitting method adopts vacuum equipment, with wind control. Keep flute profiles stable of the lower-roller in the condition of running up.
Axletree of corrugated and pressure roller adopts high temperature resistant lube.
Glue parts auto supply glue circularly.
The upper-lower corrugating roller are made of 48CrMo high quality alloy steel, after heat-treatment. The rigidity is HRC58-60o, the surface are whetted.
The glue part surface are treated by special mesh snicked and chromeplated.
Adopt Electromotion or handle separate glue equipment.
Glue part can be running independently or non-independently while stopped. Adopt main motor frequency conversion control. (Choise installs)
