Product Description
BS25 L-type Shrink film packaging machine is mainly used for pharmaceutical, food industries products, heat shrink packaging, in order to follow-up products in the package boxes loaded packing. Single-box product by conveyor belt into the sealing machine parts of the film packaging (box number of the provisions of the forthcoming film packaging products with a full pack) and automatically sealed packaged product into the sealing by the conveyor belt furnace and to carry out heat shrinkable film to complete the process of shrinking the packaging process. The equipment mainly consists of two parts: A sealing machine and sealing furnace parts.
This model has the following functions:
1. Sealing and Cutting Systems continue to do sealing action, does not produce smoke and dust;
2. Easy to operate and can be arbitrarily high or low according to the packaging size of the adjustment;
3. Sealing machine part of the use of PLC programs and electronic eyes monitoring;
4. Sealing furnace part of the infrared radiation of titanium heat pipe, heat large, energy-saving 40%;
5. Shrink hot air circulation furnace, high efficiency, temperature uniformity, contraction effect is good;
6. Automatic temperature control, temperature can be automatically adjusted;
7. Using variable speed motor conveyor belt (network), speed easy to adjust.
