Consisting of drawing, winding, knitting, setting and cutting machinery, this assembly is designed and developed on the up-to-date technology, by utilizing HDPE & PP circular filaments as its materials.

The circular filaments drawn out from the drawing machine are applicable for the manufacturing of ropes / cables, fishing nets, construction protection nets, sun-shielding nets, artificial hair, mosquito nets, brushes as well as protection nets for the cotton fields.

The plastic circular loom series have different spinnerets as 120, 180, 260 with the filaments ranging from 0.15 to 0.25mm and the winding spindles of 130, 192 and 1288 separately.

The productivity of the assembly line is 15-50kg / h.

The assembly line is compact in its structure. A DC motor is used for drawing thus a synchronous speed regulation and a single speed regulation can be achieved to meet different parameters.

The spinnerets are produced by the most advanced techniques so that the flatness and evenness of the filaments can be ensured.
