Product Description
This machine is suitable for blowing and making various double layer plastic such as LDPE, HDPE, and LLDPE together with flexible printing. And it is a kind of ideal bag making and printing equipment for producing packing bag for food, supermarket shopping bag, T-shirt bag, clothes bags, etc.
Performance and Characteristics
1. Easy operation, flexible starting, accurate color register, fast speed, slippery film surface.
2. The screw and cylinder of extruder are made of alloy steel after nitrogenation treatment, so that it has best hardness and be able to bear caustic.
3. Platform type workbench makes the operation convenient.
4. Fixed bubble ring device makes the film much evener.
5. With ceramic cobweb cylinder transmitting the printing ink, steel scraper scraping the ink and evenly transmitting the ink, the machine can print high-level film bags.
6. With reliable drying system.
7.360 degree continuously adjustable device with lengthways symmetrical flower pattern.
8. With continuously rotary die.
