The high-speed balancer is the necessary equipment in the manufacturing of turbochargers. Our machines are worldwide validated and actually, the quality is very good and accurate as they should be because a turbocharger gets a high rotation speed up to 240, 000 rpm.

The main features of our machines are:
1. Confirm to the CE standard, high production rate up to 140CW per hour;
2. Measuring cycle with air bearing systems bore clearance 0. 04mm, wheel diamter from 30mm up to 355mm, two planes measurement;
3. Correction ratio 15 in one cut, two planes correction, multi cutter type capability with an accuracy better than 0. 02mm and 0. 1degree, angular reference position with sensor head UV or contrast;
4. Rotor type capacity unlimited, balancing data's results displayed on line and possibility of Excel conversion, Ethernet net work connection available, machine fault log book, maintenance and operation assistance with PC anywhere remote access, SPC software for correcting system upstream drift process.
