Product Description

Used in conjunction with pulrusion machine
for the production of thin wall high stength hollow profiles.

B.  Main parts origin:
1.  'OMRON' PLC elements were adopted in the control system.
2.  'Husky' Diaphragm Pump were used in the machine.
3.  The Transducer was made by 'OMRON' JAPAN.
4.  Electric Motor was made in 'Siemens'.
5.  Pultrusion timer included (intermittent pultrusion & purge mold). With the Pultrusion machine.
6.  Availability of PLC software & code with comments (English) to allow the extra functions to be modified.
7.  Roving Size could beφ250mm X 280mm could be outward withdraw.
G. Machine frame
8.  PARTING LINES TO BE SHARP AND FREE FROM NICKS AND BURRS - PROTECT PARTING LINES WHEN POLISHING.
9.  All the face could be resist scrub away in acetone with machinery.
H. Safety & Guards
10.  Dual, failsafe emergency stops to be fitted for the machine control & power.
11.  Lanyards fitted to emergency stops are to run both sides of the machine.
12.  Pause, start & emergency stop buttons to be fitted at the 4 corners of the machine and at the control station.
13.  Guards to be fitted to all moving parts.
14.  The machine safety requirements will be required to meet AS4024: 2006 or international equivalent.
15.  Control power supply must be 24V for not endanger with the Operator.
16.  Polyester dragline in end of the machine.
17.  Operating manuals in English.
18.  Control system and software in English.
19.  Maintenance Manual in English.
