It is laminated by two or several pieces glasses and PVB interlayers under high pressure and high temperature, different combinations of glass and PVB are available for different purposes, one of which is bulletproof. It is also widely used in architectural and automotive industries.

Characteristics of Laminated glass
1. Security
At the bumping of outside force, the elastomeric PVB interlayer can absorb some of the force and stop it from getting through. The shatters of the glass will stick to the PVB in case of glass breaking up, so it would not fall down to hurt people.

2. Guard against theft
Because of its security, the cracksman has no way to get into the room, installing this type of glass, there is no more need to install cage-like steel fence, moreover, it is beautiful and cost saving.

3. Sound insulation
The PVB interlayer is efficient to obstruct the sound wave, so the laminated glass is able to restrain the transmit of noises

4. Anti-Ultraviolet
The PVB interlayer can absorb more than 99% of the ultraviolet in the sunlight, so as to prevent the furnitures, plastic articles, textiles, art crafts and collections from aging and fading because of the irradiation of ultraviolet ray.

5. Energy saving
PVB interlayer, especially a dark color one, has a strong ability to isolate the heat. Nanjing Yaohua has many options for colors of laminated glass.
